Pest Control in Harkness for New Homes and Estates

Harkness is a newer residential suburb on the north-western side of Melton, south-west of Sunbury. The crews we book reach it through Toolern Vale and Kurunjang, or via the Western Freeway. Most of the suburb is made up of housing estates built over the last couple of decades, with modern brick homes, small gardens and new parks, and open paddocks still close by.

New estates on former farmland often see ants, spiders and mice moving in from the surrounding grass, particularly when nearby land is still being cleared. Ants find their way through gaps around new pipework and sliding doors in summer, cockroaches can arrive with moving boxes, and spiders gather around eaves and garage doors. Mice look for shelter in garages and roof spaces once it cools.

When you call, tell us how new the home is and what you have noticed. We give you upfront pricing before the visit and book a local team at a time that suits.
